Pilotes de Dacsa, potatge elaborat amb pilotes de farina de dacsa i Olleta de Blat, s\u00f3n altres plats de cullera tradicionals molt presents en les cuines alfasinas. Les coques mereixen una atenci\u00f3 especial, s\u00f3n una part fonamental de la nostra gastronomia i les podem trobar en totes les fleques del poble. Es cuinen tapades, com la coca farcida (farcida de tonyina, tomaca i piment\u00f3) i la coca amb bledes i melva, o descobertes, com la t\u00edpica coca a la calda, una base de massa de farina de blat sobre la qual es col\u00b7loca tomaca fresca, llonganissa, cansalada viada i sardines. Per a finalitzar la nostra aventura culin\u00e0ria, comptem amb els tradicionals dol\u00e7os casolans, com els bunyols de carabassa o els pastissos de moniato i ametlats molt t\u00edpics del Nadal.
